PICK OF THE WEEK #23 -

* * * * * * * * * * This work is by Alicia Marquez. “ Sweet Tooth"
The original lettering was drawn on pencil.
The color version is a 6x6 gansai (watercolor) on a cold
press finish acid-free 140 lb paper.
The carving is a V-cut 12" diameter on a repurposed marble.
It was a cake plate found in Marshall's. I created it
thinking of all the sweet delicious food this original piece of
stone was intended to show and serve.
