Going through acceptance and the resulting questioning of my own mortality following my spouse’s traumatic and abrupt death, as well as the trauma of losing my studio to a fire near the same time, I saw this quote as explosive. The result was the pent up creative urges that were finally freed. I used the circular design for representing completeness, in that my personal life and creative life were brought to an end, and are now beginning again.
